Storms Rake Indiana

On Friday, May 30, severe storms broke out across Indiana. A EF-2 tornado with estimated wind speeds of 125 mph touched down for 3 miles in marion county. Thankfully, there were no serious injuries.

Stormheads' meteorologists captured some stunning pictures of mammatus clouds as the anvil from a supercell passed overhead. However, we did not experience any severe weather.

Today, June first, there are isolated severe thunderstorms across the state. Stormheads' meteorologists saw a massive anvil and more mammatus clouds (they are supposed to be rare, we are starting to wonder!) Once again, however, the storm missed us.

Expect the possibilty of severe weather over the next few days.
